Are your oils uncut?
Our Perfume Fragrance and Body Oils are 100% pure oil. No alcohol or water has been added.
Are the Essential Oils for internal use?
The use of essential oils internally is at your own risk. The oils are 100% pure Essential Oils, unless otherwise stated as a dilution. Since everyone reacts differently with the use of essential oils we cannot recommend them for internal use. Please note, the International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. In addition, Essential Oils must be properly diluted before use in order to avoid any damages to property or adverse physical effects (including injury or bodily harm).
What are Burning Oils?
Burning Oils are used in an oil burner to make a room smell like the fragrance of your choice. They are weaker in strength than Fragrance and Body Oils. You can still use Fragrance and Body Oils in an oil burner if you want a stronger scent.
What is the difference between Burning Oils and Body Oils?
The only difference is the strength of the oil. Burning Oils are not as strong as the Fragrance and Body Oils. If you want a stronger scent in your room, you can use a Fragrance and Body Oil in an Oil Warmer.
How long will my Body Oils scent last?
That all depends on how much you are wearing, what are you doing while wearing it, your unique body type, air temperature, humidity, and the fragrance itself. Because our oils are 100% pure oil, you can expect it to last a good while.
Do I need to add anything to this oil to make it safe to wear on my skin?
Our Fragrance and Body Oils are 100% pure oil but are also cosmetic grade. This means you can put them on your body without worrying about skin irritation.
What does the (W), (M), and (U) next to some of the fragrance names mean?
That is our way of designating what gender the Fragrance and Body Oil was intended for.
(W) = Women
(M) = Men
(U) = Unisex
What is the difference between the Roll-on bottles and the Roll-on Swirl bottles?
The only difference is the style of the bottle. The Swirl bottles have a very nice swirl design.
I requested a custom fragrance from you. How long will that take?
Once a custom fragrance has been requested it is added to a list of potential new fragrances for our Research and Development Department. They take those to decide which fragrances are feasible to reproduce. This depends on the popularity of the fragrance and the availability of the ingredients needed to recreate it. This process can take weeks or months. The fragrances that we decide to add will be included in the new fragrances emails sent.
What are some good fragrances for incense sticks?
Do I need to add anything to the body oils to make it safe for the skin?
Some of our customers do and others do not. The Fragrance and Body Oils are already cosmetic grade so it is not necessary to do so unless you are sensitive to the Oil. Essential oil, however, will usually need to be diluted with fractionated coconut oil or jojoba oil before using topically.
Why are my items not staying in my cart when I come back to them later?
The items in your cart are stored on your computer or phone in the form of cookies. Cookies are how internet browsers store information from different websites. These cookies are only located on your computer. This information is not sent to us until you click the place order button. You need to make sure you are using an updated version of your internet browser and make sure the settings are not automatically deleting the cookies. These cookies can also be deleted if someone is clearing the internet browsing history.
Can I get sample?
We offer samples for sale on our website. They are listed under Fragrance and Body Oils. Scroll down past the bulk Body Oils. Just below the one gallon bottle it has the Sample – 1/8 oz.
Can I get a catalog?
Due to the extensive collection, we offer there is no mail order catalog. All products and pricing can be found on the website. Click here for our full fragrance list.
Can I buy your oils from a store close to my house?
There are no physical stores. Products are made, packaged, and shipped from our warehouse facility.

Can I resell your oils and other products?
You bet. In fact, we’d love it if you did!
Are there minimum order sizes?
No, there is no order minimum.
Where are you located?
Spanish Fork, Utah. It is about an hour drive south of Salt Lake City.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is based on the size, weight, and price of the items being shipped.
Why is shipping so high?
The smaller the order the higher shipping will be for each item purchased. The more that is ordered the more that will be saved on shipping per piece. Often you will find you can double your order for only a little more on shipping.
What types of payment do you accept?
PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Bitcoin and Money Orders.

Do you do COD?
Sorry, we don’t. Try a pre-paid credit card. The fees are usually less and you get your items faster.
Where is my tracking number?
As soon as your package has been shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
How long will it take to get my package?
It takes an average of 1-2 days to get your order filled and ready to ship. Once it has shipped it takes about 3-5 days with standard shipping for domestic orders to be received. International orders take longer. You may have to wait up to 1 month depending on the tides.
How can I get my back ordered item?
If you get a back order notification you have a couple of options.
1) We can include the back ordered item in the package with your next order.
2) You could exchange the item for something else you would like to receive of equal value.
3) We could ship you out the item(s) as soon as they are available.
How soon will my back ordered item be back in stock?
Usually, it is ready within a week or less to ship.
My package was damaged during shipping. What should I do?
Sometimes packages are damaged en route to you. Not to worry, if you selected our insured option for shipping at checkout. For us to make the insurance claim on your package we will need photos of the damage, the package, and the shipping label on the package. Please send those to email@example.com.
What is your return/exchange policy?
All sales are final. Due to the high cost of testing returns for tampering, returns or exchanges cannot be honored. For that reason all sales are final.
Can I cancel my order?
The order can be canceled up until it has been processed.
